Farah Mandani, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC

Hi, I’m Farah, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for helping children and their families. My journey in healthcare began in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where I developed a profound appreciation for the resilience of newborns and their families. This experience shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care that respects and honors the unique cultural backgrounds of every family I serve.

I earned my master’s degree in nursing as a pediatric nurse practitioner from Florida International University (FIU) and I am currently working on my doctorate of nurse practitioner degree from FIU. I completed my bachelor’s degree in nursing and my associate’s degree in nursing at Broward College. These academic experiences, combined with years of hands-on clinical practice, have provided me with a strong foundation to deliver the highest quality care to my patients.

I truly believe that caring for children goes beyond medical treatment, it’s about empowering families, fostering understanding, and creating a supportive environment for growth and healing. I also have a love for teaching, whether it’s guiding families through complex medical situations or mentoring students and new practitioners to develop their skills and confidence.

Another area I’m passionate about is quality improvement. I strive to bring the latest evidence-based practices into my work, ensuring that the care I provide is not only compassionate but also cutting-edge and effective. My goal is to continuously seek ways to improve outcomes for children and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

It’s a privilege to do what I love every day, and I’m committed to making every family I meet feel heard, supported, and cared for.
